    Important Note: Effective March 1, 2008, all Institutional, SSI-related, and Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS) cases for Crenshaw and Pike counties will be served by the Dothan District Office.  Institutional, SSI-related, and HCBS waiver cases for Autauga County will be served by the Selma District Office.  Medicare Savings Program cases for these counties remain with the Montgomery District Office.
