The Agency will host four webinars about the status of the upcoming release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Alabama Coordinated Health Network (ACHN) program. The purpose of each session is to provide an opportunity for feedback from Medicaid recipients and other stakeholders related to the ACHN program. Discussions will include ACHN services, operations, and other concerns.

Each session below includes meeting information and a survey link.  Please complete the survey prior to the session to assess your experience with the ACHN program. Survey results will be reviewed the Agency and discussed during the session.
