Medicaid Office Locations

* Montgomery District Office for Elderly & Disabled currently located in the basement of the Montgomery County Health Department will be moving on March 24, 2026.

The Medicaid Office for MAGI on the 1st floor of the Montgomery County Health Department will not be moving and will remain at its current location.

Medicaid District Offices are set up to receive and process the following types of applications:
